Sushi Don opened in Lafayette, Indiana in 2013 with a simple goal: make bold, handcrafted Asian food that anyone could afford. The neighborhood showed up, kept coming back, and never really stopped.

This was never a by-the-book sushi bar. Rolls like the Lion King, Bond Girl, Mufasa, and Crab Rangoon were built to have character — crispy, saucy, layered, and genuinely fun to eat.
